Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

We are seeking both entry-level and experienced General Production Workers to join our team immediately. As a General Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring products are accurately filled and bottled according to specifications. This position offers the opportunity to work on either the 1st or 2nd shift with a 4-day, 10-hour schedule.

Responsibilities

+ Monitor line performance, perform periodic quality checks, and make necessary adjustments.

+ Spot check weights of filled products to ensure correct weight specifications.

+ Document product and process information accurately.

+ Visually inspect finished products for defects such as broken caps, smudged labels, or contamination.

+ Break down lines and clean various parts at the end of shift or during line changeovers.

+ Maintain a clean and safe work area, ensuring the line is ready for the next shift.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in production or a fast-paced work environment.

+ Ability to work with hand tools and operate machinery.

+ Skills in line operation, order picking, and general production.

+ High School Diploma or GED.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in high-speed manufacturing line operations.

+ Familiarity with line changeovers and making minor adjustments.

This is a Full Time position based out of Union, Missouri.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.50/hr.
