Job Title: Production Worker
$19-21/hr - Monday-Thursday 6AM-4:30PM
Job Description
As a Production Assistant, you will be responsible for unpackaging various parts, ranging from small orders to large batches in a dynamic job shop environment. Your primary task will involve racking fixtures using heavy-duty metal spring clips that require strong grip strength. You will ensure that these clips do not scratch the fixtures. Occasionally, you may be racking for up to 10 hours a day. We are looking for a self-motivated individual seeking a long-term opportunity to grow within the company.
Responsibilities
+ Unpackage parts and prepare them for racking.
+ Rack fixtures using heavy-duty metal spring clips.
+ Ensure clips do not damage fixtures.
+ Assist with packaging products post-anodizing and painting to prevent transportation damage.
+ Inspect completed parts, confirm quantities, and move to finished goods area for shipping.
+ Communicate effectively with employees, customers, and vendors.
+ Occasionally work on Fridays from 7-12 pm.
Essential Skills
+ 6+ months of manufacturing experience.
+ Ability to walk or stand for 90% of the job.
+ Capable of lifting up to 35 lbs.
+ Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
+ Strong communication skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Attention to detail.
+ Experience in production, packaging, and assembly.
+ Ability to bend, access parts from various shelving units, and use a ladder when required.
+ Pass DT/BG and physical evaluations.

Work Environment
The work environment consists of an 80,000 sq. ft. warehouse equipped with anodizing tanks, concrete floors, and a well-ventilated atmosphere. Steel-toe shoes are not required, and the facility is designed for minimal odor exposure. With only 50 employees, we seek independent and driven workers. The standard work schedule is Monday to Thursday from 6 AM to 4:30 PM, with two 10-minute breaks and one 30-minute break.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
