    Hiring for General Laborer in Crofton, MD paying $20/hr- Day Shift

    Job Description

    Join our dynamic team as a General Laborer in a warehouse and production environment. You will play a vital role in the production of concrete bricks, contributing to the efficiency and success of our operations.

    Responsibilities

    + Lift 40-60-pound bags of concrete into the mixing machine.

    + Unload shipments and maintain a clean work area.

    + Assist the production team as needed.

    + Perform routine maintenance tasks such as recharging batteries, lubricating, fueling, and cleaning.

    Essential Skills

    + At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment.

    + Comfortable lifting 40-60 pounds daily.

    + Ability to work overtime and flexible hours.

    + Reliable transportation, as there is no public transportation nearby.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in a production or manufacturing setting is a plus.

    Work Environment

     

    The work setting is a heavy industrial, loud, and dusty warehouse. It is non-temperature controlled, requiring flexibility for long hours, including 10-hour days and potential Saturday work. The facility is designed for high-volume production and demands a commitment to safety and teamwork.

    This is a Contract position based out of Crofton, Maryland

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
