Job Title: Commercial Carpenter

Experience Level: Intermediate

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Carpenter with hands-on experience in construction and rough carpentry. The ideal candidate will be proficient in reading blueprints, using tape measures accurately, and installing various structural components in commercial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of construction techniques and the ability to work with both hand and power tools.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Interpret and work from blueprints and technical drawings

+ Measure, cut, and install materials with precision

+ Perform rough carpentry tasks including framing and structural builds

+ Install doors, metal studs, and other commercial construction elements

+ Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently

+ Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met

Required Skills:

+ Construction & Carpentry

+ Blueprint Reading

+ Tape Measure Proficiency

+ Commercial Construction Experience

+ Rough Carpentry

+ Installation of Doors and Metal Studs

+ Skilled with Hand and Power Tools

Qualifications:

+ 2+ years of experience in commercial carpentry or construction

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
