Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Description

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for picking and packing orders of hoses or couplings and sending them to shipping. You will navigate through the warehouse to fulfill 20-25 lines per order, picking anywhere from a single piece to hundreds of pieces. **$18.45 - $22 per hour based on shift and position.**

Multiple Shifts available!

Weekday shifts are Monday through Thursday:

+ Weekday 1st- **5:00am - 3:30pm**

+ Weekday 2nd- **1:00pm - 11:30pm**

+ Weekday 3rd- **9:00pm - 7:30am**

Weekend Shifts are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday - Candidates are paid for a full 40 hours.

+ Weekend 1st- **6:00am - 6:30pm**

+ Weekend 2nd- **6:00pm - 6:30am**

Responsibilities

+ Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.

+ Ensure items are correctly labeled and prepared for shipping.

+ Use RF scanner to manage inventory and track orders.

+ Maintain organization within the warehouse environment.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in order picking and packing.

+ Proficiency in inventory control and packaging.

+ Ability to operate RF scanners and handle warehouse equipment.

Work Environment

Work in a non-climate controlled warehouse environment using RF scanners, picking hoses, and pushing carts. Shifts include 10-hour weekday shifts from Monday to Thursday and 12-hour weekend shifts from Friday to Sunday. Weekend shifts offer a 36-hour workweek with 40 hours pay. Specific shift times include weekday first, second, and third shifts, as well as weekend first and second shifts, with additional compensation for certain shifts.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cleveland, Tennessee.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.45 - $19.95/hr.
