    Job Title: Manufacturing Assembler

    Job Description

    The Manufacturing Assembler role involves repetitive bench or line assembly tasks to create products. This position requires arranging parts according to specifications, securing them using various methods, and performing tests to ensure proper functionality for all products/models.

    Responsibilities

    + Arrange parts in the correct sequence to assemble products based on specifications.

    + Secure parts together using bolts, clips, screws, cement, and other fastening methods.

    + Conduct specific tests to verify the functionality of products for both electric and gas equipment models.

    + Perform additional duties as required.

    + Responsibilities may vary depending on the department.

    + Collaborate professionally with other department members.

    Essential Skills

    + Ability to read and understand documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

    + Capability to write simple correspondence.

    + Proficiency in basic arithmetic operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers and common fractions.

    + Apply common sense to follow detailed but straightforward written or oral instructions.

    + Address problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

    + Accurately read a tape measure for precise measurements.

    + Basic computer skills (in some departments).

    + Maintain focus despite environmental distractions.

    + Keep the work area organized, safe, and clean.

    + Follow instructions and ask questions when uncertain.

    + Use small hand tools effectively.

    + Attention to detail to ensure product quality before it leaves your area.

    + Excellent hand-eye coordination.

    + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

    + Stand for extended periods.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with small tools (e.g., drills, saws).

    + Understanding of workplace safety principles.

    + Previous experience in labor, warehouse, or assembly line work.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.54 - $18.54/hr.
