    Job Title: General Production Worker

    Job Description

    We are seeking a versatile and dependable Production Worker to be a "floater" and support various departments within our growing production facility. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and are eager to learn multiple aspects of the manufacturing process. The floater will be assigned to different areas based on operational needs, such as bottlenecks or employee absences, and may eventually specialize in a specific department.

    Responsibilities

    + Assist with the movement, storage, and organization of raw materials and finished goods.

    + Support logistics operations including loading/unloading shipments, verifying inventory, and preparing orders for delivery.

    + Perform tasks related to product finishing, including inspection, polishing, and packaging.

    + Operate CNC machinery under supervision, ensuring precision and adherence to safety protocols.

    + Fill in for absent team members and assist in areas experiencing high demand to maintain workflow efficiency.

    + Quickly learn and apply procedures across departments, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in production, machine operating, assembly, and general production.

    + Proficiency in using hand tools, grinders, and equipment for shipping and receiving.

    + Skill in material handling, general labor, forklift operation, and tape measure use.

    + Ability to operate or learn to operate CNC machinery.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

    + Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

    + Willingness to work in various departments and adapt to changing priorities.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Clair, Missouri.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
