Job Title: Yard Worker

Job Description

As a Yard Worker, you will be responsible for loading and unloading Super B trailers, backing up trailers to shipping doors, and shuttling empty and full box trailers in the yard. You will operate tractors with conveyors and augers, forklifts, skid steers, boom lifts, and zoom booms. This position requires working outdoors in all weather conditions and assisting with production tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

+ Load and unload Super B trailers.

+ Back up trailers to shipping doors and shuttle empty and full box trailers in the yard.

+ Operate tractors with conveyors and augers.

+ Operate forklifts, skid steers, boom lifts, and zoom booms.

+ Assist in production tasks as needed.

+ Lift up to 70 lbs at times.

Essential Skills

+ General labor and production experience.

+ Skill in loading and handling agricultural tasks.

+ Proficiency in operating forklifts and other machinery.

+ Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Minimum of 6 months warehouse experience.

+ Experience as a farm hand is beneficial.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
