HVAC Service Technician- Residential $25-40/hr

Job Description

Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues in residential settings, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Perform regular maintenance and tune-ups on HVAC systems, install, replace, and upgrade HVAC units and components, and ensure compliance with local and national HVAC codes and regulations.

Responsibilities

+ Install, replace, and upgrade HVAC units and components.

+ Ensure compliance with local and national HVAC codes and regulations.

+ Demonstrate knowledge of residential HVAC systems, ductwork, and ventilation.

Essential Skills

+ Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Residential HVAC Service Technician.

+ Expertise in diagnosing and fixing HVAC system issues in residential settings.

+ Effective communication skills and comfort interacting with customers.

+ Clean driving record with a valid driver's license.

+ Knowledge of HVAC systems diagnostics.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Strong customer service skills.

+ EPA and CFC certifications.

+ Company policy requires all drivers to be at least 21 years old.

Work Environment

The service position is based around the DMV area with a highly flexible schedule. Availability is key, as service calls are conducted 7 days a week, with each technician managing their own schedule, including weekend and emergency calls.

Job Type & Location

+ This is a Permanent position based out of Manassas, Virginia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $93000.00/yr.
