The Role: Business Development Specialist
We’re growing fast in 2024, and we’re hiring a Business Development Specialist (BDS) to fuel our expansion. In this dynamic, high-impact role, you’ll be the voice of our brand—cold calling, prospecting, and developing leads to drive real business results.
You’ll support our sales and marketing teams by opening doors, starting conversations, and turning prospects into appointments and long-term relationships.
What You'll Be Doing:
+ Master the Cold Call: Make proactive outbound B2B calls to decision-makers and generate new business opportunities.
+ Drive Sales: Engage with potential clients to promote our services and set up qualified appointments for our Account Executives.
+ Market Research: Identify and target key industries and geographic areas with the highest potential.
+ Client Acquisition: Build rapport quickly and consistently follow up to move prospects through the sales funnel.
+ Promote Our Brand: Represent City Wide with energy, professionalism, and clarity—on the phone and in person.
+ Revenue Growth: Help our team meet and exceed key KPIs, including call volume, appointments set, and sales closed.
What You Bring:
+ An outgoing, fearless personality and love for making connections
+ 2+ years of B2B cold calling experience—you’re not afraid to pick up the phone
+ Strong verbal communication and follow-up skills
+ Experience in inside and outside sales
+ A results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently
+ Creativity in lead generation and persistence in follow-through
