    About the Role:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Production Clerk to join our team in Delray Beach. This role is essential in maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting production processes, and ensuring smooth communication between departments.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Communicate order and inbound changes to supervisor/manager promptly

    + Notify supervisor/manager of unavailable or substandard products

    + Maintain accurate physical inventory counts and rotate stock by received dates

    + File daily order changes and maintain production documentation (inventory sheets, scheduling sheets, etc.)

    + Keep work area clean and organized

    + Assist with production processes as needed

    + Follow all safety policies and report unsafe conditions

    + Adhere to attendance and company policies

    Qualifications:

    + Strong math and critical thinking skills

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)

    + Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English required)

    + Flexible schedule with availability for nights, weekends, and overtime

    + Willingness to perform other duties as assigned

    Physical & Environmental Requirements:

    + Standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods

    + Frequent use of hands for grasping and writing

    + Occasional bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting (5–50 lbs)

    + Exposure to product fumes (e.g., onions, peppers)

    + Work in varying temperatures (above/below 45°F)

    + Exposure to cleaning chemicals (e.g., PAA, chlorine)

    The pay range for this position is $35360.00 - $41600.00/yr.
