    About the Role

     

    We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Lead to join our fast-paced team. If you have a strong background in warehouse operations and leadership, this is a great opportunity to grow with a company that values hard work and advancement.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Lead daily safety and warm-up routines; review daily order board.

    + Operate sit-down forklifts to pick and move parts using RF scanners and labeling systems.

    + Handle oversized products and assist with loading/unloading trucks.

    + Collaborate with supervisors to resolve task-related issues.

    + Accurately sort, label, and store products on pallets or in containers.

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area.

    Required Skills & Experience

    + 2+ years of warehouse/material handling experience.

    + Forklift operation (sit-down) – minimum 6 months.

    + RF scanner usage and order picking.

    + Ability to lift up to 65 lbs occasionally.

    + Basic math and general labor skills.

    + Lead or supervisory experience preferred.

    Additional Qualifications

    + Experience with pallet jacks.

    + Strong communication and teamwork skills.

    + Comfortable working in a physically demanding and dusty environment.

    Work Environment

    Available Shifts

    + 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
