General Production/Assembler

•️** **What You’ll Do:

+ Cut and lay tile inside large, cylindrical metal grain silos.

+ Use tape measures, grout, and mastic to ensure a perfect fit.

+ Run different machinery to cut and shape tile

+ Operate hand and power tools

+ Read and follow blueprints to bring each project to life.

+ Crawl, kneel, and maneuver in tight spaces — this job keeps you moving!

+ Pitch in across the facility wherever help is needed.

•** **What You Bring:

+ Experience with tile work, grout, or mastic.

+ Confidence using hand and power tools.

+ Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions.

+ Experience in bricklaying or general construction is a big plus.

+ A strong work ethic and a team-first attitude.

•** **Pay & Shift Info:

+ **Pay:** $17/hour

+ **Shift:** 1st Shift – Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM

+ **Bonus:** Occasional Friday overtime available!

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
