We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented **Machine Operator** to join our production team. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of packaging and processing equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

+ Operate, monitor, and maintain production and packaging machinery to ensure optimal performance.

+ Set up machines according to production specifications and perform routine adjustments as needed.

+ Conduct quality checks on products and packaging to ensure compliance with company standards.

+ Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.

+ Assist with troubleshooting equipment issues and perform minor repairs using hand tools.

+ Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.

+ Accurately document production data and report any deviations or issues.

Qualifications

+ Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.

+ Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand tools effectively.

+ Familiarity with safety and quality standards in food or consumer goods production is a plus.

+ Ability to operate forklifts or other material handling equipment is beneficial.

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

+ Comfortable working in a team-oriented, fast-paced setting.

+ Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $46634.00 - $50794.00/yr.
