Job Title: Restoration Technician
Job Description
As a Restoration Technician, you will play a crucial role in responding to water and fire damage emergencies, providing essential cleanup and restoration services. You will be on call for emergency projects every three weeks, ensuring rapid response and efficient service delivery.
Responsibilities
+ Respond to water and fire damage cleanups promptly.
+ Be on call after hours and on weekends for emergency projects every three weeks.
+ Extract standing water and remove wet building materials, performing necessary mitigation services.
+ Monitor and respond to customer needs and concerns effectively.
+ Communicate clear expectations to Production Technicians and supervise their activities.
+ Perform scheduled production processes ensuring quality control.
+ Identify safety hazards and establish control measures to ensure safety for occupants and workers.
+ Manage job file documentation for complete and accurate project details.
+ Control costs of production projects efficiently.
+ Protect and use equipment and materials properly to manage assets.
Essential Skills
+ Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
+ Capability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and operate in tight spaces such as crawl spaces and attics.
+ Endurance to sit, stand, and walk for prolonged periods.
+ Skill in repetitive tasks involving pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying objects.
+ Experience working with and around cleaning products and chemicals.
+ Flexibility to travel locally and out of state when necessary.
+ Hand and power tool proficiency.
+ Experience in demolition projects, construction, and restoration.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Valid driver's license.
+ 7-year Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
+ Successful completion of a DOT test and physical.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fargo, North Dakota.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
