Sales Representative – Packaging, Crating & Compliance Solutions

Base Salary: $60,000–$80,000 + Commission

DGM Services is seeking an upbeat, high energy Sales Representative to join our team in Houston. If you're passionate about closing deals and want to sell packaging, crating, and regulatory compliance solutions — not trucking or freight forwarding — you’re in the right place.

We’re the global leader in Dangerous Goods handling, with a strong reputation for compliant packaging and hazardous materials disposal. You’ll work with damaged goods departments, safety officers, and compliance managers who need smart, safe, and regulatory-ready solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

+ Selling custom packaging and crating services for hazardous and regulated materials

+ Building long-term relationships with decision-makers in damaged goods and compliance departments

+ Explaining regulatory standards like ICAO/IATA DGR, 49 CFR, and IMDG in a way clients understand

+ Staying ahead of competitors like Sun Packing, Boaz Export Packing, and TEN-E Packaging Services

+ Bringing energy, curiosity, and professionalism to every client interaction

What We’re Looking For:

+ B2B sales experience (especially in packaging, export crating, or regulated industries)

+ A confident communicator who can sell technical services with personality

+ Energetic, self-starting attitude — someone who likes to own their success

+ A desire to learn about compliance and get certified (we’ll help!)

+ Motivation to grow within a specialized and respected industry
