    Job Title: Patient Access RepresentativePosition Summary

     

    We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Patient Access Representative to join our dynamic call center team. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of patient admissions, including registration, insurance verification, and financial intake. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in healthcare, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Perform comprehensive patient registration and pre-registration, ensuring accurate collection of demographic and financial information.

    + Verify insurance eligibility for both government and non-government plans, including Workers’ Compensation.

    + Collect and process co-pays, deductibles, and other patient financial responsibilities.

    + Answer high-volume, multi-line phone calls while delivering exceptional customer service.

    + Schedule appointments and manage patient inquiries using the EPIC system.

    + Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    + Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.

    + Proficiency in EPIC, including appointment scheduling.

    + Demonstrated experience handling high call volumes in a healthcare call center.

    + Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    + Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
