_As a Security Shift Lead, you will…_

+ Be responsible for the operation of the security control center. You will be operating the security control center to meet security requirements and ensure a safe, secure, reliable and profitable environment.

+ Manage Control Room operations

+ Analyze items coming into the facility utilizing Weapons Detection

+ Identify contraband and prohibited items

+ Monitor the Security Control Room telephones and respond to requests for services and support

+ Conduct vehicle and personnel checks

+ Monitor CCTV system for security related issues

+ Conduct entry and exit screening

+ Produce access badges

+ Respond to site emergencies

+ Perform additional security tasks

+ Document security incidents

+ Verify visitors and contractors requesting entry to the Site

+ Monitor entry and exit of employees

+ Utilize facial recognition to ensure the access badge is not being used by unauthorized individuals

+ Will be Chemical-terrorism Vulnerability Information certified, after hire.

_Qualifications…_

+ High School Diploma or GED, required

+ Three to five years military, law enforcement, industrial, or other civilian security experience, required

+ Personnel supervisory experience required

+ Shift scheduling experience required.

+ Experience with training security officers required.

+ Competent in Microsoft office suite of programs; power point, word, excel.

+ Capable of communicating effectively in writing and verbally.

+ Experience delivering security training modules.

The competitive Pay Rate for this role is $21.50/hr. Actual pay will be determined based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factor permitted by law.
