    Job Title: Production Foreman Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 3:30pm Location: Concord Pay: $22.50/hour

     

    About the Role: Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic production environment? We are seeking a Production Foreman to help oversee daily operations and ensure efficient, high-quality production in our facility. This role plays a key part in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, integrating job training and community engagement into every step of the process.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Support the planning, scheduling, and execution of production work alongside the Program Director

    + Supervise production activities and fill in during the the Program Director's absence

    + Oversee job setup, material flow, quality control, shipping/receiving, and inventory procedures

    + Collaborate on bids, invoicing, and customer communication

    + Supervise and support program participants to ensure full inclusion in the workplace

    + Provide training and guidance to staff

    + Maintain accurate production records and identify opportunities for improvement

    + Coordinate routine equipment and vehicle maintenance

    + Step in as a Community Vocational Specialist as needed

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Education: High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred

    + Experience: Minimum of two years paid, verifiable work experience in a relevant field

    + Skills:

    + Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

    + Solid communication skills for both internal and external audiences

    + Comfort with production math and common software tools (MS Word, Excel, email, etc.)

    + Forklift operation and safe driving skills

    + Other Requirements:

    + Valid CA driver’s license and personal vehicle with insurance

    + Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

    + Ability to work independently and take initiative
