• Project Manager (Hybrid)

    Cella Inc (Malvern, PA)


     

    Serve as the primary point of contact for consultant firms during onboarding.

     

    Coordinate onboarding timelines, deliverables, and system access with internal teams.

     

    Facilitate training sessions and provide guidance on system usage and compliance.

     

    Track onboarding progress and escalate issues to ensure timely resolution.

     

    Collaborate with product managers and technical teams to align onboarding with product capabilities and roadmap.

     

    Develops and maintains strong, consultative relationships with internal and external partners to ensure business needs are met based on specific criteria defined by the team.

    Qualifications:

    5+ years of project management experience, preferably in client-facing roles.

     

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

     

    Stakeholder Management.

     

    Experience with onboarding processes and enterprise systems.

     

    Project Management or Change Management or equivalent is a plus.

     

    Ability to deal professionally with people of all levels.

     

    Good verbal and written communications skills.
