    Job Overview

     

    Review, assess, and process safety data and information across service lines from various sources. Distribute reports/data to internal and external third parties following applicable regulations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and internal guidelines, with guidance and support from senior operation team members.

    Essential Functions

    + Prioritize and complete assigned training on time.

    + Process safety data according to regulations, guidelines, SOPs, and project requirements.

    + Perform pharmacovigilance activities, including collecting and tracking incoming Adverse Events (AEs)/endpoint information, determining initial/update status of incoming events, database entry, coding AEs and products, writing narratives, and literature-related activities.

    + Ensure quality standards are met per project requirements.

    + Meet productivity and delivery standards per project requirements.

    + Ensure compliance with all project-related processes and activities.

    + Create, maintain, and track cases as applicable to the project plan.

    + Identify quality problems and bring them to the attention of a senior team member.

    + Liaise with different functional team members and healthcare professionals to address project-related issues.

    + Mentor new team members if assigned by the Manager and attend project team meetings to provide feedback.

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field is a must.

    + Relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

    + Advanced level of English.

    + Good knowledge of medical terminology and working knowledge of applicable safety databases and other internal/client applications.

    + Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

    The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $50,100.00 - $125,300.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
