    We are seeking a Board Certified Family Medicine (FM) or Internal Medicine (IM) physician to join our outpatient geriatric facility in Tucson, AZ. This role involves providing primary care and chronic care management 7 to 10 PPD. The position offers competitive pay, weekly compensation, and a low patient volume to ensure quality care and work-life balance.

    Contract Type: 1099 Contract

     

    Compensation: Weekly

    Patient Volume: Low (10 patients/day)

    Job Description:

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Provide comprehensive outpatient care to geriatric patients.

    + Manage chronic conditions and primary care needs.

    + No Call

    Qualifications:

    + MD/FM or IM

    + Board Certified

    + BLS and DEA certifications required

    + Arizona state licensure

    + At least 1 to 2 years of previous experience desired

    Schedule:

    + Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

    Start Date:

    + ASAP (Credentialing will take about 15-30 days depending on candidate's responsiveness
