    The Subcontract Administrator will be responsible for assisting with subcontracting and purchasing requirements in support of legacy and developmental products within Global Procurement & Supply Chain (GPSC) department. Using the tools and techniques from project management, contract administration, and supply chain, the Subcontract Administrator ensures the successful project management of subcontracts in accordance with an approved contractor purchasing system. An ideal candidate must have proven project management skills and have attributes to make independent decisions.

    YOUR IMPACT

    + Develop and executesupplychain strategies and planforproposaleffortsand programexecution.

    + Ensure that subcontractprojectsand processesareconducted with appropriatelevels of completionand suggestimprovements as needed

    + Coordinatecommunicationbetweeninternalsuppliers,customers,andteam members(e.g.Program Managers,Purchasing, Legal, Engineering,and Contracts)

    + Create a cohesiveprojectplan for GPSC’smaterialcostrequeststo ensuretimelydelivery of all requirements, including Governmentcontracting compliance

    + RepresentGPSCfunctional areas during contractProgram and Proposalkickoffmeetings

    + Ensure that all materialcostrequestinformation received is clear, concise,and complete

    + Create and maintain projectdocumentation for projectplanning,requirements,analysis,statusreporting, and projectcommunication

    + Support all subcontractrequirementsincluding cost,schedule,technical, and qualityrequirements

    + Ensurecompliancewith all terms and conditions for thesubcontractincluding filedocumentation,internalaudits, and internalpolicies/procedures

    + Report items of interestto management and providerecommendationsforappropriateaction as necessary

    + Perform and conductcompetitiveassessment and research analysisformaterial cost trends.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    + Bachelor'sdegree in related fields

    + 2+ years of project managementexperience or supply chain experience

    STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS

    + Strong verbaland written communication skills

    + Excellenttimemanagementand organizationalskills

    + Abilitytoanalyzedataandfocus on attention todetails

    + Experience in a manufacturing and/orDoDindustry

    + CAPM certificationpreferred

    + Workingknowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations(FAR) and proposalmanagement

    Pay Range:

    $63,500.00 - $101,700.00

     

    The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
