**Job Purpose or Objective(s):** Assist Supervisors by reviewing incidents of accidents, injuries, criminal acts, thefts, or violations of established casino procedures and provide concise documentation of review findings. You will report to the Surveillance Shift Manager.
Primary Tasks:
1. You will finalize and compile incident reports initiated by Surveillance Agents, ensuring the analyses of facts and evidence (video) are correctly documented.
2. Request data from Surveillance Agents when initiated reports are missing or lacking required information or procedure references.
3. Archive incidents reviewed and ensured video evidence is exported to external media storage and referenced for future use and investigations.
4. Update report tracking tools to ensure all responsible parties are aware of the current report progression.
5. You will demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of surveillance and casino department MICS, TICS, SICS and Casino Department Procedures.
6. Initiate access control actions, create credentials, cardholders, and assign new associates to the appropriate group based on position and title.
7. Facilitate in-person video review for casino Department Managers, Supervisors, Human Resources, Employee Relations, Safety, Workers Compensation, and others.
8. Perform tasks of a Surveillance Agent when requested by supervisor.
9. You will provide testimony in court cases.
10. Perform other tasks as may be assigned.
Requirements:
+ Associate Degree in criminal investigations or related field or 2 years related experience.
+ Competent with computer applications and experience using Microsoft Office Suite and typing skills of 40 wpm.
+ Experience with Federal, State and Tribal regulations that govern Tribal Gaming.
+ Manage multiple projects and adjust priorities according to changes in deadlines and events.
+ Excellent verbal and written correspondence and interpersonal skills, able to address delicate situations by maintaining control, confidentiality and discretion.
+ Obtain a key gaming license.
+ Excellent, Accurate Vision to distinguish colors, shapes and assess scenes.
+ One (1) year of surveillance, security or report writing experience.
