What will you do?

+ Partner with player rewards department to create email campaigns, digital signage, social media adverts, and other promotional activities

+ Manage marketing communications, implement scheduled promotions, and distribute the materials to the relevant department

+ Organize and distribute promotional materials and items for giveaways, as well as decorations for events and promotions

+ Maintain and update the marketing calendar and note project timeline milestones

+ Plan promotional rules and procedures adhering to state gaming requirements and formats

+ Source, research, and maintain relationships with suitable vendors for promotional inventory and prizes

+ Set up and break down the promotional stage according to the schedule. Ensure the promotional stage, booth, work terminals, and inventory storage areas are clean, organized, and fully equipped

+ Carry out all drawings, giveaways, tournaments, and both gaming and non-gaming promotions/events

+ Prepare all related documentation, including prize slips, promotional logs, winner release forms, and other necessary paperwork

More about you

+ No experience or diploma required

+ Must be able to obtain a state gaming license

+ Experience with Windows products, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint

+ Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills

+ Weekends, holidays, and swing shift work may be required
