Your Key Responsibilities

+ Oversee implementation, maintenance, control and verification of quality management system and processes, quality initiatives, implement methods, tools and qualification for process or organization assigned.

+ Contribute to implementation and continuous improvement of quality systems, processes, guidelines and to driving quality initiatives for organization or process assigned.

+ Provide technical guidance on quality system, processes, audits, methods, tools and customer-related quality topics for processes, tasks and organizations assigned.

+ Coordinate implementation and sharing of corrective actions and lessons learned, foster standardization and ensure availability of technical and methodological know-how.

+ Oversee delivery of training and technical support on quality process-related processes and methods.

+ Consolidate KPI tracking and quality reporting, inform accountable management regularly.

Your Qualifications

Required:

+ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field

+ 5 years of experience in quality roles in manufacturing environment

+ Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship

Preferred:

+ Experience working with SAP systems and quality software

+ Progressive leadership roles indicating experience managing a team
