This position is uniquely integrated across the Ben Towne Center for Childhood and Blood Disorders Research (Ben Towne Center), providing essential coordination of faculty and Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC)/Clinical Research Nurse (CRN) activities. This role provides direct administrative support to the Director of Ben Towne Center, clinical research teams, and study team members.
Responsibilities include organizing and managing weekly seminars, coordinating complex travel and event logistics, calendar support for study teams and faculty, non-funded agreement submissions, support for capital equipment purchasing, training and tracking of regulatory certificates, and budget tracking for CRC operations. This position plays a central role in coordinating an ongoing seminar series that involves managing scheduling, guest logistics, and day-of support. The role also supports cross-institutional work and maintains high-volume administrative workflows.
NOTE: This position requires being onsite 3 days a week to start, with the possibility of more in the future.
Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent experience.
Minimum five (5) years of related administrative work supporting high level management or executives in the areas of customer service and/or office management.

Preferred
Bachelor’s degree.
Healthcare/medical office experience.
Project management assistance experience.
Compensation Range
$31.28 - $46.93 per hour
Salary Information
This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
