We started with pastries handmade by Lois and Lloyd Martin produced inside of a garage and we have boomed into a multi-facility company where our many products are produced by machines and shipped domestically and internationally. Summary: As a member of the Martin’s Family, a Sales Analyst c ollects, analyzes and reports sales related information in an attempt to increase sales productivity.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
+ Prepare s and create s reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text.
+ Assist s Management in the development and evaluation of rolling sales forecast and budget.
+ Collects and reviews sales trends and evaluates performance calculated against sales quotas.
+ Analyzes sales performance and identifies areas of weakness that the Company can address to improve sales.
+ Evaluates current economic situations and prepares sales forecast.
+ Analyzes sales as well as performance records to interpret outcome of overall sales.
+ Analyzes historical sales data .
+ Maintains expertise in all products and services.
+ Maintain product information accurately and efficiently in a timely manner ensuring items are published to retailers when requested.
+ Update standard, pre-defined reports on a monthly / quarterly basis and publish to SharePoint.

Education and/or Experience:
+ High School Diploma or GED;
+ Bachelor's Degree (B. A.) from four-year College of university in Finance or Business Administration .
Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills:
Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense. Ability to combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions (includes finding a relationship among seemingly unrelated items). Ability to analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
Computer Skills:
+ Advanced user of Microsoft Excel.
+ Experience utilizing database applications.
