ABOUT YOU
As a Managed Services Administrator, you are a dependable, detail-focused professional who thrives on keeping systems efficient and operations seamless. With a balanced skill set that combines sharp analytical thinking and hands-on coordination, you manage contracts, budgets, vendors, equipment, and logistics with precision and care. Organized and proactive, you anticipate needs, adapt to shifting priorities, and communicate clearly across teams. You take full ownership of your work and approach every task with accountability, integrity, and a strong commitment to delivering reliable, high-quality service.
What you will do:
+ Manage contracts, vendor relationships, and budgets with accuracy—supporting renewals, processing invoices, and ensuring compliance with DE&I and financial policies.
+ Oversee the Purchasing Card program, reviewing transactions, maintaining records, and ensuring accurate postings to the general ledger, including support for travel-related expenses.
+ Maintain operational oversight of key programs, including copier leases and the pool car system, performing cost analyses and coordinating with vendors and internal teams.
+ Support logistical operations such as business unit relocations, coordinating supplies, vendors, and schedules to ensure smooth, efficient transitions.
WHAT YOU OFFER
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a business or office environment.
+ 3–5 years of experience supporting administrative or operational functions in a professional setting.
+ Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities across all levels.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office tools with experience managing complex, cross-departmental projects.
