    ABOUT THE ROLE

    **Starting pay rate:** $29.00

    **Schedule:** 8:30am to 4:30pm

     

    Provides administrative support for the facility.

    WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

    + Provide administrative support for the facility as needed.

    + Answers incoming calls and greets and directs all visitors and vendors to correct parties.

    + Prioritizes and manages multiple projects simultaneously and follows through on issues in a timely manner.

    + Plans and coordinates company events and meetings, including ordering meals.

    + Orders swag, flowers and other gifts for teammate events.

    + Keeps receipts for purchases made on company credit card.

    + Oversees office supply ordering and inventory as well as maintenance for office equipment.

    + Manages company issued uniform program.

    + Assists with New Hire onboarding program.

    + Processes mail while maintaining confidentiality of office documents.

    + Interacts with staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high-level ofprofessionalism and confidentiality. **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**

    + Minimum 2-4 years administrative experience required. Associates Degree preferred.

    + Excellent computer and key boarding skills; Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Word.

    + Excel and Google Suite required.

    + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - oral, written, and listening.

    + Must be detail-oriented and organized.

    + Able to work independently and be a team player.

    + Strong ability to maintain confidential information.

    + High degree of integrity and common sense.

    + Self-driven and must possess a sense of urgency.

    + Able to multi-task and prioritize.

    + Strong character and personality, ethics, integrity and good judgment.

    + Flexibility (including hours) and willingness to work in situations in flux.

    + Extremely motivated and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.

    + Possess a positive energy, sense of humor and a can-do attitude.
