Description

The Clinical Intake Liaison is responsible for creating and maintaining positive customer relations with provider offices and clinics for home infusion therapy. Work involves ensuring appropriate documentation for compliance with facility/agency and statutory guidelines. Consultative functions include but are not limited to: coordinating new referral from provider offices and clinics, providing consultation and information regarding patient appropriateness for home infusion services. This position serves as member of the infusion intake team, responding to incoming referrals and informational calls regarding outpatient / home infusion services. The Clinical Intake Liaison is responsible for collecting and reviewing clinical information to ascertain appropriate services for the individual referred.

Required Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Nursing, or other clinical discipline related to service line offerings or equivalent educ/experience

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Medical sales and marketing experience.

+ 1 year of experience in home medical care services.

+ Home infusion experience.
