    Job Summary

    Lead the magic behind the scenes! As Director of Operations, you will drive excellence across departments, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure every event runs seamlessly. You will collaborate with multiple teams, streamline processes, and ensure the Roxy Theater remains a premier experience for guests and team members alike.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field is preferred

    + Minimum 5 years of operational leadership experience in hospitality or entertainment

    + Strong financial and budgetary acumen

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational software systems

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Oversee all front- and back-of-house operations

    + Manage and lead department managers across functional areas

    + Implement and monitor financial controls and operational metrics

    + Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company standards

    + Collaborate with partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to optimize performance
