    Key Responsibilities

    + Deliver guest hospitality: Create a welcoming, fun bar atmosphere and provide top-tier service from first drink to last call

    + Craft drinks to Dog Haus recipes: Mix cocktails, serve beer and wine according to quality standards and portion guidelines

    + Know beer styles: Demonstrate solid understanding of beer offerings—especially local craft varieties featured at Dog Haus

    + Upselling & menu guidance: Recommend drink & food pairings and suggest promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales

    + Maintain bar standards: Keep workspace clean, sanitized, well-stocked, and visually appealing throughout shifts; follow all service and safety protocols.

    + Team coordination: Collaborate with servers, cooks, and management to ensure seamless service during busy periods.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    + A positive, outgoing personality with a passion for guest service. Strong multi-tasking ability in a fast-paced bar setting.

    + Excellent communication, professionalism, and ability to sell and guide guests effectively.

    + Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays—peak hours align with Ballpark Commons traffic patterns

    Compensation & Benefits

    + Wage: Approximately $7.25/hour plus tips—total earnings depend on shift and performance
