As a Connectivity Solutions Architect at LiveRamp, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative solutions for our clients in the rapidly evolving digital advertising, martech, and identity space. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and strong customer-facing skills, as you will be working closely with our sales and product teams to design and deliver high-impact solutions for our global clients. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our client partnerships and shaping the future of our industry.
Responsibilities:
+ Collaborate with Business Development and Product teams to understand client needs and identify the most effective technical solutions.
+ Design, develop, and implement customized solutions to address client challenges and achieve their business objectives.
+ Create and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to communicate the value and benefits of our solutions.
+ Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal teams and clients throughout the sales process.
+ Act as a subject matter expert on our products and solutions, staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape.
+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
+ Work closely with local and global operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of our solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's and/or Master's degree (or equivalent) in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or another quantitative field.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find creative solutions to complex challenges.
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
+ Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
+ Comfortable working with clients and internal teams across different geographies and time zones.
+ Willingness to travel as necessary to support client engagements.
+ Fluent in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ 5-7 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably within the ad tech, digital marketing, or identity space.
+ Technical experience with analytical tools, methodologies, and design.
+ Familiarity with SQL and other data analysis tools.
+ Familiarity with JavaScript, Python, and other languages for basic scripting.
+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
+ Passion for learning and staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Reporting
This role will report to the Head of Connectivity Solutions
The approximate annual base compensation range is $167,000 to $192,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team.
