    **Sodexo's Campus Segment** is seeking a **Food Service Manager 2** to lead dining operations at **Northern Arizona University** , a large public university located in a medium-sized town in northern Arizona with a beautiful mountain climate.     What You'll Do

    + Oversee day-to-day food service operations ensuring smooth and efficient delivery

    + Deliver high-quality food service that meets Sodexo and client standards

    + Achieve financial targets and operational goals in alignment with company and client expectations

    + Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and team members

    + Develop strategic plans to enhance service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction

    + Create and maintain a positive, engaging, and safe environment for staff and guests

    + Ensure compliance with Sodexo operational standards, safety, and sanitation protocols
