    Fuel Government Partnerships. Drive Strategic Retention. — National Retention & Growth Executive | Government Services | Must Reside Near a Major Airport

     

    Are you a strategic thinker who thrives at the intersection of client engagement, business intelligence, and high-stakes retention? Sodexo Government Services is seeking a seasoned **National Retention & Growth Executive** to lead enterprise-level account strategy, proposal development, and relationship management across a national portfolio. This critical role is designed for a business-savvy professional with a passion for mission-driven work—supporting essential government institutions that serve communities across the country.

     

    In this role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, identifying risks and opportunities, crafting compelling retention strategies, and aligning internal stakeholders around solutions that deliver measurable value. From influencing senior decision-makers to preselling innovative proposals, you’ll be at the forefront of protecting and growing key accounts—ensuring long-term partnerships built on trust, innovation, and operational excellence. Candidates must reside near a **major airport** and be willing to travel as needed to maintain strong client and internal connections.

     

    Incentives

     

    Commission plan, vehicle allowance

    What You'll Do

    **30%** - Ability to manage multi-year portfolio of business, identifying winning retention strategies for clients and getting operations, finance, senior leadership to coalesce around winning strategies.

    **20% -** Need to be able to influence SMEs and operations without formal authority with ability to manage through conflict resolution.

    **20% -** Ability to pre-sell the winning proposal and build said proposal and WOW presentation that accelerates win rate for book of business.

    **20% -** Travel as needed to maintain internal and external WOI, with experience dealing with senior level leaders and c-suite individuals. Interfacing with students and gaining their feedback and credibility.

    **10% -** CRM management. Person will be responsible for working with PDC to build winning proposals and presentations for each process.
