Schedule: Full Time

Shift: Days Monday - Friday 8am-5pm (Possibility of a few weekends/evenings to teach classes during alternate hours)

The role you'll contribute:

The Manager for The Nutritional Wellbeing Center will be responsible for the management of all outpatient Nutritional Wellbeing Center activities. In addition to management duties, this person will assess patients, plan care and educate both patients and family/support members. This person will oversee the planning, implementation and evaluation of all DSME program.

The value you'll bring to the team:

• Adheres to policies and procedures of AdventHealth and the Nutritional Wellbeing Center at all times.

• Assists in investigation of all complaints and responds appropriately.

• Assists with patient teaching.

• Completes all necessary documentation on a timely basis with accuracy

• Consults members of the Medical Advisory Committee as a group or individually to ensure clinical excellence and physician support.

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Credentialed as a Registered Dietician

+ 2 years Work Experience

+ 2 years experience in specialty of diabetes

+ Bachelor's or advanced degree in dietetics

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Master's Degree

+ Board Certification from the American College of Lifestyle Medicine

+ Completed diabetes resource course

+ Certification as Diabetes Educator or pursuing

+ CPR (BLS)
