    Job Summary

    This position/ resource is responsible for ongoing production support issues: triage and analysis. As well as daily application monitoring of the under 65 Retail market quotes and Salesforce Admin mailbox, and is the primary resource for the creation and monitoring of SalesForce reports and dashboards for Sales and SLT.

    Job Description

    Key Responsibilities/Duties – what you will be doing:

    Main responsibilities are monitoring a production support email box which services sales and limited employer services (enrollment).

     

    Triage to the proper area to answer the questions or answer themselves.

     

    Will be doing reporting and general business analysis.

     

    Perform out-of-the-box thinking, collaborate with others, and make a difference every day.

     

    Other duties and projects as assigned.

    Education

    • Required (minimum): Bachelor’s degree in a related field

    • Preferred: Master’s degree

    Experience

    • Required (minimum): 3-5 years of professional experience

    • Preferred: 3-5 years of experience with sales, health insurance, managed care, and compensation or accounting systems.

    Skill Requirements

    • Must have strong computer skills, including experience with Windows Office and Oracle platforms. Must be highly skilled in MS Excel software and be familiar with information technology systems dealing with reports for internal and external audiences, spreadsheets, and data retrieval. Must be able to learn new, evolving technologies as they develop.

    • Demonstrated written and oral communication skills. Must be able to handle confidential information, work independently within a broad scope of departmental responsibility, and adapt to changing priorities.

    • Resilient, collaborative, flexible, innovative.

     

    Working Conditions and Additional Requirements (include special requirements, e.g., lifting, travel):

     

    • Must be able to work under normal office conditions and work from home as required.

    • Work may require simultaneous use of a telephone/headset and PC/keyboard and sitting for extended durations.

    • May be required to work additional hours beyond standard work schedule.
