    **Schedule:** Full Time

    **Shift** :Evenings - Monday - Friday 2:30 pm-10:30 pm

    **The community you'll be caring for** : AdventHealth Waterman - 1000 WATERMAN WAY, Tavares, 32778

    The role you'll contribute:

    Supervises and coordinates daily Engineering Department activities including corrective and preventative maintenance work orders. Coordinates and supervises contractor/vendor repair activities. Advises Manager and/or Director of all equipment breakdowns and failures. Provides leadership to Engineering Department personnel and provides orientation to all incoming personnel.

    + Provides leadership support to all department personnel.

    + Monitors and modifies the department's Preventative Maintenance program to ensure accurate work sheet information and appropriate assignment.

    + Monitors and modifies the department's Corrective Work Order program to ensure accurate work sheet information and appropriate assignment.

    + Initiates, coordinates, and supervises contractor/vendor repair activities.

    The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

    **Minimum qualifications** :

    + High School Grad or equivalent and 5 years' experience.

    + Driver's License.

    **Preferred qualifications** :

    + Vocational School graduate with Trade Certificate.

    + Journeyman License.
