**Summary** :
Working under moderate supervision and reporting to the Director of Change Management – Penn Medicine Academy, the Change Management Analyst is responsible for the planning and implementation of organizational development projects and initiatives and executing on the strategic direction of the health system. The Analyst will work with change management team members on client projects; managing multiple projects will be critical to this role. The Analyst will work on all aspects of projects including design, project management and implementation. The Analyst will be expected to develop relationships with the client to help identify and understand the problem. Working with the project lead, the Analyst will take initiative to scope the work and coordinate and support implementation. As the Analyst's comfort with tools and process and expertise in change management increases, they can expect to have greater project ownership and responsibilities.
Accountabilities:
+ Responsible for the project management of system-wide, entity, department, and team projects in support of driving change across Penn Medicine.
+ Responsible for leading projects with minimal support from the team.
+ Responsible for the collection and aggregation of data to support project work.
+ Consults with project leaders to determine project needs and execute on workplans.
+ Facilitates project and team meetings to support the work.
+ Researches, collects and analyzes data to provide support for change programs. Builds charts from data to tell the story for inclusion in presentations and data summaries.
+ Conducts qualitative and quantitative research in a timely manner to support project needs. Has the ability to develop a conceptual framework for the work that helps achieve project goals. Conducts self-directed research and takes basic direction, understands the problem and delivers a concise summary of information. Manipulates spreadsheets and summarizes data.
+ Prepares presentations upon request based upon data and other content for senior leadership updates.
+ Performs duties in accordance with Penn Medicine and entity values, policies, and procedures
+ Other duties as assigned to support the unit, department, entity, and health system organization
Education/Experience:
+ Bachelors Degree (Required) Human Resources, Organizational Development or similar area of study preferred
+ 5+ years proven experience developing and managing project plans for complex projects. (Required)
+ Masters Degree in organizational Development, Change Management or similar area of study (preferred)
+ Prior experience working in a health system or life sciences organization is preferred, but not required.
