    Description

    SAIC is looking for a **Senior Configuration Analyst** to support the US Navy in **Crane, IN** . This position will serve as the JXY Windchill Implementation Lead.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Oversee the successful implementation of the Windchill PLM Environment on the Gov RDT&E network in support of JXY projects

    + Design and implement product lifecycle workflows and approval processes

    + Ensure adaptable processes that support various CAD packages working within Windchill PLM Environment including Solidworks, Solid Edge, as well CREO

    + Provide guidance and expertise on the successful transition of existing CAD models into Windchill PLM Environment

    + Manage Windchill PLM system architecture, configurations, and upgrades

    + Enforce CM policies, procedures, access controls, and best practices

    + Provide training and support to engineering teams and stakeholders within JXY to ensure successful implementation

    + Serve as primary point of contact for Windchill-related issues for JXY

    Qualifications

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND CLEARANCE:

    + Bachelor’s degree and nine (9) years or more experience; Masters and seven (7) years or more experience; PhD or JD and four (4) years or more experience. In lieu of degree, thirteen (13) years of directly related experience in Windchill CM software

    + 3-5 years developing Technical Data Packages (TDP) for implementation in a Windchill environment

    + Demonstrated capabilities in providing training in Windchill software

    + No clearance required to start however must have the ability to obtain Secret security clearance. SAIC will sponsor the clearance process

    + US Citizenship required

    DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

    + Possess Specialized training certs related to TDP development

    + Any completed course of training related to Windchill software development

    + CM management within Windchill, creating workflows

    + Possess strong communication skills
