Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapy Tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for orthopedics and a thirst for continued knowledge and growth.

+ Assist physical therapists with patient care, ensuring patients feel supported and comfortable throughout their sessions.

+ Administer hot and cold packs as prescribed by the physical therapist.

+ Maintain and prepare therapy equipment, ensuring it is sanitized and ready for use.

+ Monitor patient progress during exercises and report feedback to the physical therapist.

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment by regularly sanitizing surfaces and arranging equipment.

+ Support the team with additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Qualifications

+ High school diploma or equivalent is preferred

+ Team player attitude and energetic with a focus on excellent customer service

+ Strong interpersonal skills

+ Caring nature, with a genuine interest in helping people

+ Excellent organizational and communication skills
