    ### Job Duties

    Essential Job Functions

    • Coordinate all outbound shipments according to schedule and customer requirements

    • Load and unload trucks using forklifts or other equipment, ensuring safe handling of products

    • Verify shipment contents against packing lists and bills of lading

    • Communicate with drivers, logistics partners, and internal departments regarding load times and paperwork

    • Maintain accurate shipping records and enter data into ERP or warehouse systems

    • Inspect trailers for cleanliness and readiness before loading

    • Organize and maintain yard space for trailers, boats, or materials to ensure efficient flow storage

    • Follow all safety procedures and report all unsafe conditions or incidents

    • Support inventory accuracy through proper labeling, scanning, and documentation

    • Collaborate with production, customer service, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth daily operations

    • Performs other related duties as assigned.

     

    ### Minimum Education Required

    High School degree or equivalent

    ### Minimum Experience Required

    • 1-3 years of shipping, logistics, or yard experience

    • Forklift certification or experience operating material-handling equipment require
