About The Park School

The temporary Admission Coordinator is a member of the Admission's department and reports to the Director of Enrollment Management from September 2, 2026, to November 7, 2026. The primary responsibility for this position is to support all operational aspects of the admission process for prospective families and students. The daily schedule for this position is 7:45 a.m.-12:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, when school is in session.
Responsibilities:
+ Coordinate campus visits and interviews for prospective families and students; serve as the primary contact for volunteer tour guides.
+ Respond to general inquiries by phone and email; route messages and follow-up to appropriate team members.
+ Maintain and update application data in the School’s admission database, Ravenna Admit.
+ Manage weekly admission mailings to prospective families.
Qualifications
+ High school diploma; relevant experience in admission or customer service strongly preferred
+ Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organization skills.
+ Strong organizational and time management skills
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Proficiency with Google Workspace, particularly email and calendar.
+ Ability to be discreet and maintain confidentiality
+ Enthusiastic about working in a professional office environment
+ Dependable and committed to fulfilling responsibilities on time
Physical Requirements
+ Must be able to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time.
+ The ability to occasionally actively move about the office to access file cabinets and necessary supplies.
+ The ability to consistently operate a computer. Proficient or the ability to quickly learn Google tools and other school software.
+ The ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).
+ The ability to deploy situational awareness to preserve the safety of students and community members.
+ The ability to think independently and collaborate in a team environment.
+ The ability to maintain focus in an energetic and, at times, loud environment.

+ The compensation range for this role is $20 to $22 per hour. Salary range is dependent on multiple factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, skillset, experience, and/or performance, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive compensation details, inclusive of any additional benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
