    Description

    **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Journeyman Millwrights** for projects located **in and around Morristown, TN.** This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of **up to $28/hour** based on experience and skill level.     Job Scope:

    + Install, align, and dismantle machinery and mechanical equipment

    + Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and production lines

    + Operate hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments

    + Weld, fabricate, and complete basic rigging as needed

    + Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment

    Requirements

    + Minimum 3 years of industrial or mechanical millwright experience

    + Able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

    + Must have own basic hand tools (additional tools may be project-specific)

    + Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/work on your feet for extended periods

    + Willingness to work overtime as needed

    + Reliable, safety-minded, and a strong team player
