Group Details
As the Tradeweb Technical Product Owner you will be working with cross-functional teams of engineers, user experience designers, product managers, sales and client service team, and data scientists to build products. You are responsible for the end to end lifecycle of the product delivery, be accountable for user requirements gathering, product specification, coordination across delivery team matrix, and produce client facing product documentation, ranging from API documentation to product release notes.
Job Responsibilities
+ Partners with stakeholders to maintains product vision, product roadmap and priority, defines product impact, outcome criteria, and success metrics based on the roadmap
+ Responsible for analyzing, specifying, and validating product requirements from product managers, sales, and end users. It involves gathering and compiling user requirements to define engineering solutions that align with commercial objectives, and analyzes product requirements for completeness, consistency, and feasibility
+ Drive technology decisions, optimize product development processes, and ensures engineering teams fully understanding product requirements and priorities
+ Partners with user experience (UX) designers in developing desktop interface designs to deliver user requirements
+ Responsible for product delivery quality through defining product acceptance criteria and participating in quality assurance (QA) testing
+ Works with engineering team to plan and execute product releases, ensuring they meet quality standards and delivery value to users
+ Makes informed decisions about the product, prioritizing features, and resolving conflict amount stakeholders
+ Responsible for producing client facing documentations that improves product friendliness
Qualifications
+ College graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field
+ 3+ years related professional experience
+ Strong understanding of project management principles
+ Excellent analytical, and problem-solving abilities
+ Strong written and oral communication skills
+ Keen attention to detail and logical thinking
+ Ability to conduct research and effectively communicate findings
+ Self-motivated, customer service-oriented, and team-focused
+ Financial markets and specifically fixed income knowledge/experience strongly desired
+ FIX API and general application programming interface (API) design knowledge strongly desired
+ SQL experience is required

+ The current pay range for this role if performed in the city of New York is currently $150,000 to $270,000 per year, based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of pay offered will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, market data, geographic location, and internal guidelines.
