The CPM Industrial Solutions Division has a unique opportunity for a Hard Face Welder in our manufacturing facility in Forest Lake, MN.  This is an opportunity to join a highly successful business with advancement opportunities.  We are looking for a motivated detail-oriented person with strong welding aptitude attention to detail and the ability to work safely and productively with minimal supervision.

This can be an entry level position.  We will train motivated candidates that are willing to work hard, show up on time and can learn to work in a fast paced dynamic environment.

+ Evening Shift

+ 04:15 PM – 02:15 AM

+ Generous shift premium

Qualifications & Skills:

+ Must be able to lift 50 pounds

+ Must be able to work independently with little supervision

+ Must have leadership experience

+ Welding experience preferred

+ Ability to read and understand work instructions

+ Forklift experience

+ Attentive to detail

+ Must be able to document piece count and complete simple quality measurements

Base Salary - $ 55,000 – 83,000k USD Annually, not including overtime.
