We’re searching for a Skopje-based Service Desk Analyst to join our Corporate IT team, so that we can deliver exceptional technical support to RLDatix employees across our global offices. The Service Desk Analyst will provide first- and second-line support for internal systems, software, and devices, helping our teams stay productive and connected.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
+ Providing 1st and 2nd line support for RLDatix business systems, applications, and hardware across multiple global offices
+ Resolving user issues via email, phone, self-service portal, and in person, ensuring high-quality technical support
+ Troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues and escalating when necessary
+ Maintaining accurate records in the IT ticketing system to track service desk activity and resolutions
+ Participating in onboarding and offboarding processes by managing user accounts and device configuration
What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having
+ Experience in Microsoft Windows support and device troubleshooting
+ Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure AD user administration
+ Familiarity with mobile device management (iOS, Android) and email services like Microsoft Exchange
+ Awareness of cybersecurity risks and best practices
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
+ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment
+ Sincere interest in technical support, systems administration, and customer service
Bonus Points For
+ Technical certifications or a degree in an IT-related field
+ Experience with asset and inventory management
+ Hands-on involvement in mentoring, onboarding, or cross-functional collaboration
+ Strong attention to detail and time management skills
+ Fluent spoken and written English
