    We’re searching for a Skopje-based Engineering Director to join our Global R&D team, so that we can lead and scale high-performing software engineering teams delivering mission-critical healthcare solutions .

     

    The Engineering Director will oversee multiple multidisciplinary teams, ensure successful product delivery, foster engineering excellence, and drive organizational growth to support RLDatix’s vision of safer, better healthcare for all .

    How You’ll Spend Your Time

    + Leading multiple engineering squads to deliver software projects on time, on budget, and to the expected quality standards

    + Managing and coaching Engineering Managers, Leads, and Developers to maintain an engaged and high-performing team

    + Collaborating with stakeholders such as Product Management, Support Teams, and Regional MDs to ensure alignment with business goals

    + Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes and team effectiveness

    + Translating strategic initiatives into scalable structures and processes to meet the growing needs of the business

    What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

    + Strong experience in software engineering and product development, particularly SaaS solutions

    + Proven success managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex software projects

    + In-depth knowledge of cloud environments like AWS and Azure, and Agile/SCRUM practices

    + Ability to commute to Skopje office several days a week (hybrid role)

    + Sincere interest in transforming healthcare through innovative technology

    + A knack for working collaboratively across a matrixed, global organization
