We’re searching for a Skopje based Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance team, so that we can ensure timely and accurate vendor payments and support the smooth operation of global accounting processes. The Accounts Payable Specialist will manage end-to-end accounts payable operations to help RLDatix maintain financial accuracy, meet compliance requirements, and foster strong vendor relationships.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

• Process and verify invoices in NetSuite to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policy

• Match purchase orders with invoices and collaborate cross-functionally to obtain necessary approvals

• Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies to maintain financial integrity

• Prepare and initiate vendor payments to ensure timely settlement and alignment with agreed terms

• Assist in month-end close activities and balance sheet reconciliations to support timely and accurate reporting

• Respond to vendor inquiries to maintain positive working relationships

• Continuously review and improve AP processes to enhance efficiency and support company growth

• Support internal audits and year-end external audit requests as needed

• Process new vendor requests and assist with system and data maintenance in NetSuite

• Assist with non-AP payments, cash flow forecasting, and policy development as required

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

• 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role

• Proven success in managing high volumes of vendor invoices and payments

• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on familiarity with systems like NetSuite (a plus)

• Sincere interest in process improvement and professional growth within a global finance function

• A knack for working both independently and collaboratively within a deadline-driven environment

• Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills

• Experience with multicurrency transactions is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
